Experience

Experience of working within healthcare or social care environment. Experience of working with patients/clients. Knowledge of the needs of vulnerable adults, safeguarding and the associated legislative framework. Strong listening and communication skills. Familiar with local resources and services, including how to access them. Motivated by helping people, with care and empathy. Experience of having to prioritise caseloads and manage time effectively.
