Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator

About TrakCel:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organisedProject Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to join our team. The PMOCoordinator will play a crucial role in providing essential support to TrakCel'sProfessional Services Delivery Teams, ensuring the successful execution ofprojects and programs.​

About the Role:

As a PMO Coordinator at TrakCel, you will act as a value centre for ourProfessional Services Delivery Teams by assisting in the definition andmaintenance of project management standards, documentation, and governance. Youwill be responsible for maintaining project status reports, tracking resources,communications, collaboration efforts, Project Delivery KPIs, project budgets,and resource allocation. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised,assertive, and communicative individual.​

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist in defining and maintaining project managementstandards and documentation.

·Provide governance and support in the development andexecution of projects and programs.

·Maintain project status reports, including key projectmetrics and KPIs.

·Track and allocate project resources effectively toensure project success.

·Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherenceto project plans and timelines.

·Assist in the development and maintenance of projectbudgets.

·Facilitate communication and collaboration amongproject teams and stakeholders.

·Identify and escalate project issues or risks toensure timely resolution.

·Support the implementation of best practices inproject management.

·Assist in the coordination of project meetings,documentation, and follow-up actions.

 ​

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a relatedfield.

·Proven experience in a PMO role, project coordinationrole, or an administration role in an analytical setting.

·Strong organisational and time management skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Proficiency in project management tools ie. Confluenceand application lifecycle management tools, Microsoft project.

·Attention to detail and ability to track multipleprojects simultaneously.

·Proactive and assertive approach to problem-solving.

·Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·Experience in Agile methodologies / Prince2.
