Job Description

Are you an experienced sales engineer who is passionate about pre-sales and all things solution architecture? If so, we want to hear from you. We are currently looking for a hands-on architect to lead our regional tech services team, supporting our account management team in pre-sales solutions.

This is a full-time role reporting to the EMEA Customer Success Team Lead, based in our Bracknell office three days a week.

Some of the things you'll do...

  • You will lead the Technical Services team based at Bracknell, collaborating with our global team.

  • You will lead our Solutions Architecture in the region, applying your teams' skills to become a PaperCut Product expert.

  • You'll conduct systems analysis, comprehending and explaining on behalf of our customers the environments our solution lies within.

  • You will expand our education programs to ensure our channel and our employees are PaperCut experts through training.

  • You will attend some out-of-office events (Channel visits, expos, events, trade shows, etc.) to keep in touch with customers, partners, and the real world.

  • You'll help the Regional Customer Success Stream Lead define development plans for each team member.

A little about you...

  • You have experience successfully leading a team of established and experienced pre-sales professionals.

  • You have experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales, professional services or solutions design.

  • You can communicate complex technical concepts engagingly for broad audiences, empowering them with memorable and useful information.

  • You're familiar with the server and networking infrastructure that customers typically use to implement our software and the latest cloud hosting environments, with experience in SQL, writing and querying databases.
