We are currently looking for a hands-on architect to lead our regional tech services team, supporting our account management team in pre-sales solutions.

This is a full-time role reporting to the EMEA Customer Success Team Lead, based in our Bracknell office three days a week.

You will lead the Technical Services team based at Bracknell, collaborating with our global team.
You'll conduct systems analysis, comprehending and explaining on behalf of our customers the environments our solution lies within.
You will expand our education programs to ensure our channel and our employees are PaperCut experts through training.
You will attend some out-of-office events (Channel visits, expos, events, trade shows, etc.) You'll help the Regional Customer Success Stream Lead define development plans for each team member.

You have experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales, professional services or solutions design.
You're familiar with the server and networking infrastructure that customers typically use to implement our software and the latest cloud hosting environments, with experience in SQL, writing and querying databases.
