Our team
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Support Team Leader to join the HR Support Team within the International HR Operations team based in Birmingham city centre. This is a hybrid role, with a current requirement of working 3 days on site in the Birmingham Office.

Role and key responsibilities
The role of the HR Support Team Leader will be to drive service excellence and data accuracy within the Cyclical Activity Hub, ensuring key deliverables are met. Having previous experience working within a HR Service Function, you will have strong experience of HR systems, policy and procedures. You will also provide direct line management to 2-4 HR Support Administrators.
You will be expected to work closely with the Emerging Talent team and will need to have an excellent ability to manage relationships and expectations.
You will be responsible for a variety of HR Team Leader activities which will include and not limited to:
Direct line management of 2-4 HR Support AdministratorsWorking collaboratively with all Team Leaders within HR SupportOversee and monitor the internal ticketing system, ensuring high priority tickets are actioned in a timely mannerDelegating tasks to team members and supporting team members with prioritisationSupporting the team with actioning BAU tasks, especially during peak timesProducing weekly reports to support the business and HR Management TeamEnsuring all tasks are processed in a timely manner and a seamless onboarding process for our trainee, apprentice, intern and summer vacation scheme populationsEnsuring trainees, apprentices, interns and summer vacation scheme students are added to the internal HR system promptly and with 100% data accuracyQuality checking HR Administrators data entry and providing team members with real time constructive feedbackUpskilling and coaching team members to deliver a customer centric HR serviceInvestigation escalation and queries as requiredResponding to queries and requests as requiredSkills and experience
