The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Logistics Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. You will manage order entries for all B2B divisions, interacting with internal and external customers via email and telephone to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses. Your responsibilities will include full management of processing orders within customer SLA, liaising with the warehouse on delivery and packing requirements, and producing and sending proforma invoices, credits, and debits to customers as needed.

You will also gain knowledge to support other team members, process new account openings, update customer order forms, ensure accurate pricing within the SAP system, and handle returns. Additionally, you will confidently address new account queries and complete set-ups from start to finish.

What You Will Do:

Order entry within the SAP system, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.Assist with all aspects of B2B account management, including order tracking, product support, and returns.Exhibit strong communication skills both internally and externally, ensuring seamless interactions.Provide support to the rest of the Customer Logistics Team as needed.

What You Will Need:

Minimum GCSE and A-level education.At least 2 years of customer service experience and familiarity with B2B sales.Ability to prioritize workload, deliver on deadlines, and build strong relationships. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.SAP knowledge is desired but not essential; proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.Strong internal and external communication skills with excellent English language proficiency.
