About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Logistics Administrator to join our team at Molton Brown Limited. As a key member of our Customer Logistics Team, you will play a crucial role in managing order entries for all B2B divisions, ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders within customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Assist with all aspects of B2B account management, including order tracking, product support, and returns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Support the Customer Logistics Team in processing new account openings, updating customer order forms, and ensuring accurate pricing within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Handle returns and address new account queries, completing set-ups from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE and A-level education.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience and familiarity with B2B sales.
- Ability to prioritize workload, deliver on deadlines, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including SAP knowledge (desired but not essential).
- Strong internal and external communication skills with excellent English language proficiency.
