In the role as Global People Partner Lead – Region Europe, you are responsible for driving the Elekta People agenda and for operating as a strategic partner to the Leadership team within the region. This role is required to have the personal impact and credibility to influence key decision-makers to enable future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build trust and ensure a people-centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives.
  • Strategically deliver on Succession planning, Strategic workforce review, Talent review, and Organizational efficiency.
  • Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights that enable the organization to improve decision-making on all things people acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive people management strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate People strategy with other business strategies.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by ensuring that structure, job design, and competency needs are evaluated and developed in collaboration with centers of excellence (CoE).
  • Anticipate and identify potential leadership gaps.
  • Contribute to the development of global HR processes and programs by providing insight of business requirements and business-specific commercial acumen to the CoE's.
  • Supporting managers on e.g., Global employee surveys, Organization design and development, Pulse checks, and LTI & STI plans.

What you bring

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in a dynamic, matrix, and change-oriented global organization with process complexity.
  • Broad generalist with subject matter expertise on change management, organizational development, and re-design. Preferably in a Commercial (Sales, Service) organization.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, and coaching skills, able to influence at a senior level and balance the people and business aspects of the role.
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, MS Office, HR database/systems management tools.
