The marketing team is focused on acquisition of new business, elevating our brand in target markets, reducing attrition and enable sales with content and collateral. We are a dynamic and results orientated team with a can-do attitude. The marketing team you will be supporting are mainly based in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team to plan, create and execute revenue driving marketing campaigns to generate leads for our tele sales, field sales and partner sales teams.
- Support the marketing team with campaign asset creation, data requirements and setting up tracking and reporting metrics, by liaising with our internal central marketing agency.
- Assist with the execution of Account Based Marketing campaigns targeting our primary prospects to secure in-year revenue.
- Co-ordinate event sponsorships and exhibitions including external events, round tables and corporate hospitality at well-known sporting venues.
- Draft copy for our campaigns deployed via the website, email and direct mail activities, and social media channels.
- Maintain and enhance a marketing portal with new campaign and product collateral for our field sales team to generate new business opportunities.
- Leverage new third party sponsorships to execute co-branded marketing campaigns to secure exposure of our payment solutions to a wider target audience.
- Build and maintain a campaign calendar of marketing activities to share with relevant stakeholders
- Interact with wider teams to ensure consistent message and formal sign off of our campaign communications.
- Continuously measure and improve campaign performance; create and analyse reports to test which campaigns and solutions resonate with the audience and drives engagement and commercial benefit.
What you bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing; particularly revenue driving marketing activities
- Excellent organizational, copywriting and creative design skills
- The ability to write attractive and engaging content to clearly promote the benefits of our value added solutions and services to our target audience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Determination to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- A creative mindset
- Easy management of multiple, shifting priorities and short deadlines
- The ability to work closely with a diverse team
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges
- Extra points if you also bring agency, technology or financial services experience
