Marketing & Admissions Co-ordinator to join our team.

The College offers a friendly and personalised learning environment with small class sizes, where students have a strong support system in place, both through the teachers as well as their peers. The learning extends beyond the classrooms, with a selection of clubs and societies available to enrich and enhance the College experience.

With an average class size of eight, it gives our staff the chance to fully understand each individual student - to get to know how they best make progress - and to make a bespoke learning programme for them, geared towards ensuring that they perform to the very best of their abilities.

Founded over 25 years ago as a tutorial college specialising in entry into Medicine and
Dentistry, we have consciously kept and maintained a focused study environment to allow our students the right atmosphere and support to reach their true potential. The College provision has expanded in order to deliver 16 courses at A Level and 12 courses at GCSE. The College is a close community, enabling regular and detailed communication between staff, students and parents regarding the process. Where issues arise, these are quickly addressed, and intervention is brought in to ensure students fulfil their potential.

It is because of this focused approach, combined with our dedicated staff and effective performance tracking that we are consistently ranked amongst the top London schools and colleges in the Government League Tables. Most notably, the College is amongst the top schools in the country in helping students improve their grades.

In the last seven years, the College has been placed in the top 15% of schools for improving value to student grades, and in two of those years, we have been in the top 5%. It is this level of consistency which ensures that Ealing stands out from our competitors, and gives everyone connected with the College a great deal of pride.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly capable Marketing and Admissions

This is an exciting time in the College’s development, and we hope that our new Marketing and Admissions Coordinator will bring energy and initiative and that s/he will play a key role in helping to achieve the College’s enrolment and development objectives. The position calls for a high level of relevant experience, a thorough understanding of the world of independent education and for a combination of outstanding administrative, managerial, communication, marketing, IT and people skills.

We are looking for a flexible and goal driven “all-rounder” with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic and a drive to build strong parent and pupil satisfaction and awareness in the local community for Ealing Independent College. You will be self-motivated, creative and have a sincere interest in other people. With a strong focus on goals and detail-orientation, this role provides you with a great deal of responsibility and autonomy. If you enjoy working hard and are motivated by seeing the results of your efforts, this position will both challenge and inspire you.

In this role you will report directly to the Head, with close links to the Bellevue central marketing team. As an integral member of the wider Bellevue marketing team, you will benefit from group wide best practice, training, support, guidance and opportunities to network and share ideas.

This is a full-time position.

**Marketing and Communication**
- Work with the Head and leadership team to design an annual marketing strategy based on market research and performance review
- Submit an annual marketing plan and budget allocation aligned to the College’s strategic development plan and enrolment targets to Bellevue for review
- Develop and implement on a term by term marketing action plan for the College to support pupil recruitment and retention
- Conduct regular competitor research and analysis to benchmark the College against local competitors
- Ensure a strong value proposition and brand differentiation is in place, and a clear communication mix and PR strategy
- Manage the College brand guidelines, assets and TOV, ensuring they are used appropriately by all members of the College community
