**Global Insight Conferences, a market-leading conference, and exhibitions company, is on the hunt for a Database & Marketing Co-ordinator.**

Global Insight Conferences produces high-quality one-day, bespoke business conferences, both live and virtual, in the UK and abroad.
- **Personal Specification**_
- Minimum grade B/6 in Maths and English Language at GCSE (or the equivalent IB). Strong A Levels.
- 12 months+ minimum in work from Education exit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- **Job Specification**_

**1. DATABASE MANAGEMENT**
- Managing Marcomms - adding new lists etc
- Data requests from production.
- Managing the DHH directory - maintain a list of list based on what data
was researched/purchased for each event.
- Be responsible for unsubscribing people from the database.
- Maintain the database to ensure that each contact is marked up based on
the industry that they work in.
- Help Annabel with the Salesforce integration, prepping data
- Event data closedowns across all conferences.
- Run DHH plans against marcomms and send any new contacts to cheers
to get researched.
- Check all the TMs from the events are run against marcomms and any
new contacts get researched.

**2. MARKETING TEAM SUPPORT**
- Managing the testimonials directory - collating all testimonials from all of
our events, both delegate and sponsorship and keeping a directory.
- Being Annabel’s support - for example helping with any checks you don’t
have time to do.
- Responsible for the GIC site including updating site with new
launches/removing etc.
- Media partnership directory - Maintain the media partner list - update.
from marketing briefs and competitive events. New tab for each industry
- Add events to diary listing directory.
- Helping out with all marketing activity when marketers are on
holiday/away.
- Putting on group bookings.

**3. SUPPORTING SENIOR MARKETERS**
- Support to South Africa Employees in their marketing activity, this may
include:

- Sending mms for them.
- Database select campaigns.
- Setting dotmailer campaigns.
the South African marketers and then send any leads to SA.
- Run database selects for SMM for their campaigns every 2 weeks.
