How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Image Coordinator will sit within the Marketing and Creative team whilst working cross functionally, but closest with the Digital/ Ecom team in the delivery of all product imagery. The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful workflow and delivery of all product imagery, as well as any imagery received from Artisans that will live within the site/ platform.

Schedule and book retouch and artworking resource for all product imagery coming through the business. Traffic workflow for both images received directly from Artisans and those shot within the Ecom studio process. Quality check imagery received before and after post-production, ensuring resolution and specs are correct pre post-production and retouching, scaling, etc. are correct upon delivery, marking up and sending amends where needed. Ensure images follow guidelines at both shoot and post-production stages, and are formatted and named correctly. Manage the internal workflow tool, monitoring and adjusting priorities based on varying deadlines. Work with the Artisan Management Team to cross reference product imagery provided vs imagery requested and ensure each product contains the correct shot package. Escalate status/ issues to key stakeholders, managing internal expectations. Deliver final images across the business, ensuring all naming conventions are correct and assets are uploaded correctly to the PIM. Maintaining and organising assets internally. Tracking image/ photography credits for all imagery going through the business (creative, ecom, PR, social, etc.) Weekly reporting on post-production status, highlighting forecast vs actuals for images previously received, images through post-production and upcoming forecast vs resource anticipated. Support on image sourcing process – image research, outreach, usage and cost negotiations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Previous experience in Image Coordination/ Ecom environment. Previous experience using a workflow tool is a plus. Understanding of the retouch/ post-production process. Strong eye for detail. Proactive, taking initiative where needed. Able to communicate cross functionally and manage expectations across all levels. Extremely organised and excellent time management skills. Knowledge in the Adobe Suite – in particular Photoshop. Ability to work across multiple projects at once, managing priorities and maintaining deadlines. Collaborative skills are a must.
