Whether you want to create a stunning portfolio or gorgeous collection of keepsake images, The Gallery SW3 can cater to your needs.

We are seeking a new Managing Coordinator to assist with the daily management of the studio.

**The Role**:

- Working together with the Studio manager to ensure smooth running and operations of the studio
- Understanding the brand vision and ensure this is lived and demonstrated in the studio at all times
- Be front of house for incoming clients, visitors, and partners
- Ensuring delivery of high quality customer care
- Dealing with enquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Ensuring constant coordination and communication between staff
- Maintaining high level of motivation and standards amongst the whole team
- Undertaking administrative tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the studio
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- A friendly and welcoming disposition
- A pro-active attitude with lots of initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and professional verbal and written communication
- Confident phone manner
- Strong delegation, time management, and leadership skills. Always leading by example.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and the Studio manager
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast changing, diverse and a dynamic environment
- Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and presentable

The role is offered on a freelance basis, covering 5 days per week. Weekend availability required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
