Studio Manager / Personal Assistant at Studio Grove Interiors.

Studio Grove is looking to recruit a Studio Manager / Personal Assistant to join the Studio in Fulham. This position is part time, however, full time applicants will be considered.

We are looking for a confident, detail orientated, highly organised, self-motivated, approachable Studio Manager / Personal Assistant to join our studio. Studio Grove is an Interior Design studio based in Fulham that focuses on High-End Residential projects in the UK.

Role:

The Studio Manager / Personal Assistant will work closely with our Director, Stephen Newton and the wider team. In this varied and dynamic role, the responsibilities will including Office Management, Human Resources and Personal Assistant to our Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all IT, Software and Telecoms across the business
  • Supporting the team with studio administration including post, deliveries, stationary and keep the samples up to date
  • Greeting all visitors including clients and suppliers including refreshments
  • Working with the Director to lead Monday team meetings to ensure all weekly objectives are known
  • Organising team socials and parties
  • Answering the Studio phone
  • Managing office costs including invoicing and payments.
  • Managing the on-boarding process for all new employees.
  • Managing Stephen's calendar, diary and all travel itineraries eg. Design Shows and Client Meetings

Requirements:

With a minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a similar role, we are looking for a Studio Manager who is high organised, self-motivated and friendly to join our team.

The Studio Manager / Personal Assistant is required to have strong skills in the following:

  • Problem solving
  • Detail Orientated
  • Organisation
  • Self Driven
  • A good communicator
  • Experience in Accounting Software (Xero)
  • Interest and Experience in the Design and Creative Industries, preferably Interior Design

Details:

  • Pay – Market Rate dependent on experience
  • Size of Team – 5
  • Studio Hours – 8:30am – 5:30pm (Start and Finish times can be negotiated to suit)
