Veritas Careers are recruitingfor an Established Dealer Group who have a requirement for aService Advisor to join their busy prestige franchise automotivedealership in Wakefield.

The roleinvolves booking in vehicles which are due in for maintenanceorganising the paperwork and coordinating with the DepartmentManager for the work to be carried out.

Upselling is a large part of aservice advisors role and makes up a significant proportion of thecommission along with customer service related targets.

Requirements

Ideally you will have experience of working at anautomotive dealerships front desk and have a "customerfirst" mindset. If you are a confident organised and wellpresented individual and have the ability to quickly engage withcustomers you will be successful in thisrole.

The role involves booking in vehicles which are due in for aservice/ maintenance on their vehicles, organising the paperwork,and coordinating with the Workshop Manager/ Service Manager for thework to be carried out.
