About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful and well-established aftersales team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers on arrival and provide a personalized service experience
  • Book customer vehicles for services, MOTs, and repairs, ensuring timely completion
  • Update customers on vehicle progress, authorize additional work, and make follow-up calls to advise on additional services
  • Liaise with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure customer vehicles are ready on time
  • Upsell work, parts, and accessories to drive sales growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Experience in working within an aftersales department
  • Full driving license required
  • Stable career history
