Our client is a leading New Homes Company in the area and they are currently seeking a skilled and motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and showcasing a range of stunning new homes. You will build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion. Your expertise in negotiation and your ability to listen and understand client preferences will be essential in successfully promoting the properties and achieving targets.

The role is Thursday - Monday 10am to 5pm - please note, it is essential to be able to work this schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective buyers and provide them with information about our new homes
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of each property
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Negotiate sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, prices, and competitive information
  • Collaborate with other team members to assist with clients fittings requirements and achieve overall company goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and client interactions
  • Conduct plot handovers to new customers
  • Do sales Progression

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property sales particularly New homes
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
