Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and client interactions.
  • Conduct plot handovers to new customers.
  • Manage the sales progression process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property sales, particularly within the new homes sector.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local property market.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
