Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective buyers and provide them with information about our new homes, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the properties to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Negotiate sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, prices, and competitive information, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to assist with clients' requirements and achieve overall company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and client interactions, ensuring data integrity.
  • Conduct plot handovers to new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.
  • Drive sales progression, working closely with clients to achieve their goals and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property sales, particularly in the New Homes sector.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the local property market, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.
