New Homes Sales Negotiator

Momentum Growth is seeking a skilled and motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This dynamic role involves working closely with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and showcasing a range of stunning new homes. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for New Homes, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help clients find their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospective buyers and provide them with information about our new homes
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of each property
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, prices, and competitive information
- Collaborate with other team members to assist with clients' requirements and achieve overall company goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and client interactions
- Conduct plot handovers to new customers
- Drive sales progression
- Previous experience in property sales, particularly New Homes
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
