The part-time EMBA programme provides students with a solid foundation in core business principles, broadens mindsets, and enables current and future leaders to make a difference in their chosen field. EMBA students are mature and highly articulate, expecting exceptionally high standards in their education and learning journey. This is a highly responsible role within the EMBA Programme Team. The key areas of responsibility are to provide administrative, technical and programmatic support to deliver the EMBA Programme. The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the EMBA Programme Managers and Senior Programme Managers to ensure efficient operational delivery of the programme and a positive student experience. The postholder will interface with multiple external stakeholders and teams both within the School and the wider collegiate University to achieve these aims. The successful candidate will be joining a high performing, positive and professional team during an exciting time where innovative ideas are continually enhancing an award-winning programme. Key responsibilities: Plan and provide administrative and logistical support to Programme Managers for EMBA events and modules including room bookings, technical arrangements, accommodation, invitations, registration, greeting attendees, etc. Work collaboratively and effectively with external vendors, speakers, and with the Schools Conference, Audio Visual, Catering, Estates and Reception Teams to ensure efficient/effective delivery. Provide logistical and administrative support for international modules and study trips. Populate and update the internal booking systems. Purchase supplies/services for EMBA activities (including negotiating expenditure costs with suppliers) and manage financial processes in Oracle. Assist Programme Managers and SPMs with financial management. You will have successful experience of delivering administrative and financial tasks, alongside event planning and delivery, all to tight and frequently changing priorities and deadlines, without compromising quality. You will also have excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
