The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students with a variety of needs, particularly those with SEN and SEMH challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the educational and social development of students.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
  • Helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Supporting classroom management and promoting positive behavior.
  • Encouraging and motivating students to engage in their learning.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
