Job Description

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will:

Demonstrate exemplary culinary skills and oversee food preparation to ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and meet presentation guidelines. Delegate responsibilities, lead and motivate the culinary team to provide guidance fostering a positive and cohesive work environment. Execute menu items with precision, maintaining strict quality control measures throughout the kitchen to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish. Show knowledge and implement control of controllable costs, suggesting innovative ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising guests dining experiences.

What you’ll bring to the kitchen:

Proven experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showing true leadership under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work within a diverse team and communicate with guests. Confidence in managing stock and order processes, ensuring cost control, and maintaining budgets.
