The role will be ongoing whilst they monitor demand during peak season and the performance of the individuals.Salary - 24000 per annumHours - Monday to Friday 8.30–5.30Hybrid role - Wakefield

The office has recently been refurbed and is very user-friendly with plenty of open space.
As a Customer service administrator, you will sit with the wider Customer Service team to support all elements of customer service.

The main duties will include:

  • Responding to web forms
  • Responding to customer queries regarding timetable changes
  • Helping to assign tasks to relevant teams
  • Taking queries on complaints
Another element of this role will also be helping to transfer data across from the old system to a new system. This involves a high level of accuracy and excellent data entry skills.

The individual must be able to have good attention to detail to make sure information is logged correctly. You will get two full weeks of training prior to starting in the live role.No holidays can be taken during this period because of the influx of workload (odd days are OK).
