**Supply Chain Coordinator - Customer Services**

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator - Customer Services.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner, completing invoices and dealing with enquiries.

You will have key relationships with other departments across HARIBO and with external customers.

**Our mix that awaits you**:
Some of the key accountabilities and responsibilities of the role are;
- Processing sales orders, enter customer orders from a variety of sources, including Electronic Data Interchange
- Monitor order progress through to delivery to customer, including raising invoices and/or credits where necessary
- Send orders via electronic file to distributors within specific time frames
- Responding to all enquiries into the department in a timely and professional manner
- Entering and monitoring essential pricing and promotions
- Liaising with all customers and distributors regarding deliveries and stock availability
- Raising movement reference paperwork for Northern Ireland orders
- Provide cover as and when required for the Customer Service team

**Ingredients that you bring with you**:

- Comfortable using IT and Microsoft packages with especially good Excel skills
- Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Numerate
- Strong organisational skills
- Self motivated, ability to develop self and team
- The ability to communicate well and influence at all levels
- Comfortable working both alone and also in a team environment
- Good problem solving skills
- Able to work to deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
- Able to multi-task and maintain a good standard of work

**Hours of Work**:
This role is 38 hours a week on a Hybrid basis based at our Pontefract site, with some travel to our Castleford site necessary.
