We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our team within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.
Inclusion Recovery Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our dynamic team. As a leading community drug and alcohol service provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals dealing with substance use issues.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you would provide high quality clinical interventions including opiate substitute prescribing, alcohol detoxification and relapse prevention medication, health and wellbeing interventions and blood borne virus screenings and vaccinations.

Main duties of the job
As an NMP at Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, you'll be an essential part of our holistic care approach, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Reporting to the Clinical Lead for Hampshire, you'll contribute expertise in medication prescribing and high-quality care.
We prioritise your growth, offering ongoing training, workshops, and tailored professional development programs. Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).
We provide caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex.

Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, recovery workers, managers, and allied health colleagues to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and facilitate safe and positive outcomes for service users. Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users to determine appropriate treatment plans, including opiate substitute prescribing and alcohol detoxification. Prescribe and review medication, including opiate substitutes and alcohol detox medications, following best practices guidelines. Offer health and wellbeing interventions, providing guidance and support tailored to individual needs. Facilitate BBV screening and vaccinations, contributing to the overall health improvement of service users. Maintain accurate and up to date records of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.At Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, we value diversity and understand the importance of work-life balance.
