About ETS Yorkshire

Barnardo's Employment, Training and Skills Yorkshire is a Work Based Learning Provider based in Bradford. From this service we provide learning and skills programmes for young people aged 14-24 including: DfE 16-19 Study Programme, Alternative Provision, Apprenticeships, including those delivered to our staff team across England and corporately funded employer recruitment programmes.

Barnardo's Employment, Training and Skills Yorkshire aims to engage, motivate and support young people to achieve qualifications, progress and secure sustained positive destinations such as further education or employment to improve their own life chances and provide a positive future.

About you:

As an Admin assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support with a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload, as you will be managing multiple tasks at any one time. You will be competent and self-motivated with fantastic verbal and written communication skills.

Essential requirements to evidence in your written application:

Experience of IT systems including the use of word, Excel and database systems. Experience of general office procedures including archiving. Experience of data inputting, maintaining records and producing statistical reports. Experience of telephone/reception duties. Experience of Financial Recording keeping. Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills. Experience of COSHH/Health & Safety checks desirable.
