The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and highly motivated individual to teach within our excellent A level Law team at Gower College Swansea. The role is a permanent, part time post and includes delivering the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales and A level tutorial.
Full-time, 18.5 hours per week £22, - £45, per annum (depending on qualifications and/or experience) pro rata Gorseinon CampusKey Responsibilities:
To provide excellence in teaching, learning and assessment To plan, prepare, and teach A level Law/Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate ensuring schemes of work and assessments are appropriate to the exam board specification. To ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned to meet the varied needs of all learners. To assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement. To keep up to date with curriculum developments, subject knowledge and innovations in teaching and learning.About you:
You have a passion for teaching and learning. You have a professional qualification or first degree in Law or equivalent. You have a teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one. Expertise in successful teaching.Benefits for you:

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to a start date before 1st February).
Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £22, - £45, per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
