Job Details

  • Input into the design, delivery and embedding of the Process Improvement Framework
  • Leading strategy, process and journey reviews using various tools & methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Using various data and data mining tools to identify process adherence levels, inefficiencies, leakage, control failures, root cause and other areas of focus
  • Documenting agreed actions and improvement measures, owning and driving delivery of improvements, assessing impact and providing regular reporting
  • Inputting and delivering internal upskilling training to the team and ongoing support as needed
  • Working closely with other change teams across the function and business to champion collaboration, engagement and alignment

Skills we would love you to have

  • Strong experience of process improvement and strategic change delivery, with operation process experience ideally gained within insurance, financial services or energy
  • Solid understanding of risk, control and assurance
  • Good understanding of commercial objectives
  • Please note that this role is currently advertised as a Fixed Term Contract
