**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as our Process Lead. This role is responsible for implementing, managing and continually improving processes and business systems across Samworth Brothers. Aligning them with the operating model, the role requires significant organisation skills and the ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

The role will lead and coordinate the work of team members providing training and support to business process owners. Utilise standard process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Value Stream mapping) to identify root causes of process issues and identify areas of process improvement. Maximise standardization and automation, closing any gaps in systems, processes, and user knowledge. Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve complex problems “Grit in the Wheel”. Analysing utilization of systems landscape to maximise standardization and automation, closing any gaps in systems, processes, and user knowledge.

You will collaborate with the wider IT team to provide systematic change requests in line with the architecture principles. Managing stakeholders at all levels and engaging with SMEs to map processes and use data to identify opportunities and validate pain points. In this role you will be:

- Lead the design, implementation and management of processes.
- Ensure that responsibility and accountability of all processes are documented and understood.
- Ensure any changes transition seamlessly into the business environment with the support of a change manager.
- Provide training and communication on all aspects of the defined processes to the relevant business divisions, ensuring that the processes are fully understood.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid FMCG business understanding across multiple functions.
- Project management skills.
- Lead change management activities.
- Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Experience in process improvement. Including ability to analyse problem solve.
- Experienced with process optimisation techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma or Systems Thinking.
- Proven record of utilising this skill set in a work environment.
- Ability to translate words to written processes.
- Previous experience in the area of process improvement or food manufacturing.
