In Supply Chain, we’re the all-important link between the Group’s commercial teams and customers. We look after the movement of all products from our carefully selected suppliers through our distribution networks until they land in our customers’ homes. Everything we do is focused on helping the Group become the global leader in e-commerce fashion. Think innovation, plenty of problem-solving and cutting-edge engineering.

What you’ll be doing

Support the team in producing weekly forecasts for all fulfilment centres and carriers Regular review of forward forecasts and highlight opportunity areas to stakeholders Utilise analytics tools and techniques to analyse supply chain data, including past trends and forward forecasts. Collaborate with carrier team, planning, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies and enhance overall operational efficiency. Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis to investigate supply chain issues across the central logistics function Assist in the design and implementation of supply chain optimisation initiatives to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by proposing innovative solutions and best practices. Work closely with IT teams to enhance data management systems, ensure data accuracy, and automate reporting processes.

About you

Experience in supply chain analysis or related roles, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with supply chain concepts, forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
