About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at CRC Evans, a leading provider of coating and welding services. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of robust systems for inventory control and efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that inventory turns are maximized.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and that stock movements are efficiently managed.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Good general education including GCSE in Math's & English grade A-C.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience of working in similar stock/material control and/or inventory management role/s.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions. Good communicator, capable of working unsupervised. Extensive knowledge of SAP. Supply Chain Accreditation (APICS) – not essential. Numeracy skills and experience with Microsoft outlook, excel & word.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop collaborative relationships across multiple functions within an organization.
