Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement robust inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  3. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve stock targets and reduce overstocking.
  4. Lead projects to drive continuous improvement and support the Supply Chain Manager in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
