TD SYNNEX is seeking a European Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to avoid conflicts and boost productivity.

Organize meetings and events, including documentation, venue bookings, and catering.

Ensure senior leaders are prepared for meetings and handle communications when needed.

Coordinate national and international travel arrangements.

Assist with projects and event coordination.

Handle calls and inquiries efficiently.

Prepare presentations and other materials as required.

General administrative support, such as managing expenses and mail.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Fast, accurate typing with strong grammar and spelling skills.
