No day will be the same - here are some of the highlightsWe’re looking to welcome an efficient, reliable and driven Operations Administrator to our team. In this role, you’ll support our Operations team to achieve successful installation of our solar and battery services, ensuring outstanding service for our customers and efficient installations, that are on budget. With our teams planning multiple domestic and commercial projects, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and support our customers in transforming the way they power their home. In this role you’ll work with the wider team to help plan and support domestic and commercial installations. With excellent organisational and time management skills, you’ll get involved with all aspects of the installation journey from supporting the project teams, liaising with the customer and subcontractors, to create an outstanding experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Support customers by answering incoming calls and responding to queries 
• Set up support cases for the Technical Support team
• Creating and maintaining customer records on the system
• Assist with submitting DNO applications
• Book accommodation and site surveys 
• Work with customers to agree and book installations
• Liaise with subcontractors and hire equipment providers
• Generate handover and O&M packs
• Raise Risk Assessments
• Create certifications on completion of installations

What you'll need to succeedWe’re looking for an organized excellent communicator, who is passionate about excellent customer service and looking for their next opportunity. You’ll be extremely comfortable with talking to range of customers, as well as internal teams and 3rd parties, ensuring clarity and understanding in all of your communications.  Through utilising your keen eye for detail, you’ll relish the opportunity to organize systems and paperwork, to ensure we are compliant with legislation and are providing the best quality to our customers.  You’ll thrive when working either independently or part of a team and approach your workload with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire and is conveniently located near the train station, providing green travel options for travel, as well as fast connections to Bristol, Bath, Swindon and London. The office is fully accessible, allowing everyone to participate fully in their working lives regardless of any mobility challenges.
