Moreabout your role 

The role ofthe Sales Executive is to discover and pursue new leads, as well asbuilding and maintaining the sales pipeline. They should be able tonegotiate deals whilst maintaining customer satisfaction throughthe sales process. The Sales Executive will have excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills allowing them to becomfortable reaching out to our customers in person. They should betarget-driven, competitive and a team player, with a drive to meetor exceed sales volumes, rates and prices. Ultimately the SalesExecutive will help us to meet and surpass business expectationsand contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growththrough sales. 

Through your commitment toputting customer experience first, you will secure buyers andtenants for our mixed tenure development.  We hope that you'll findour approach to marketing and sales refreshing; we're just asinterested in assessing a customer's feedback on their experiencewith you than we are simply about how many sales you'veachieved.   

More aboutyou 

It isessential that you have one years' experience in property sales.We need someone that has the knowledge andpassion we require to market this exciting development.  You willalso possess excellent administration skills and can keep allpaperwork up to date.  It is a pre-requisite that you haveexcellent communication skills and that you can influence in apositive manner.  Ultimately you will understand what good customerservice looks like and will have a real interest in making adifference to people's lives through the work that youdo.

Due tothe nature of the role, it is imperative that you understand theimportance of data protection and confidentiality.
