Operations Coordinator

Dynamic Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to enhance our operational capabilities. In this position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful deployment of our solar and battery solutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. As our teams engage in a variety of residential and commercial projects, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of energy consumption for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with the broader team to assist in the planning and execution of installations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support by managing incoming inquiries and resolving issues
• Establish support cases for the Technical Support department
• Maintain and update customer records within our systems
• Assist in the submission of DNO applications
• Coordinate accommodation and site survey arrangements
• Work with clients to schedule and confirm installation dates
• Communicate with subcontractors and equipment rental services
• Prepare handover documentation and Operations & Maintenance packs
• Conduct Risk Assessments
• Issue completion certifications for installations

With a strong attention to detail, you will excel in organizing documentation and processes to maintain compliance with regulations while delivering high-quality service to our customers.
