Operations Coordinator

Dynamic Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. In this position, you will assist our Operations team in the effective implementation of our solar and battery solutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and budget adherence. As our teams manage various residential and commercial projects, this role presents a unique opportunity to support our clients in revolutionizing their energy consumption. You will collaborate with the broader team to facilitate both domestic and commercial installations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Administrator, your duties will include:

• Providing customer support by addressing incoming inquiries and resolving issues
• Establishing support cases for the Technical Support division
• Creating and updating customer profiles within our database
• Assisting in the submission of DNO applications
• Coordinating accommodations and site assessments
• Collaborating with clients to schedule and confirm installations
• Communicating with subcontractors and equipment rental services
• Preparing handover documentation and Operation & Maintenance packs
• Conducting Risk Assessments
• Issuing completion certifications for installations
