Operations Coordinator

Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team to ensure the effective implementation of our solar and battery solutions, delivering exceptional service to our clients while adhering to budget constraints. As our teams manage a variety of residential and commercial projects, this role presents an exciting opportunity to assist customers in revolutionizing their energy consumption. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate the planning and execution of installations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Administrator, your duties will include:

• Providing customer support by addressing incoming inquiries and resolving issues
• Creating support cases for the Technical Support team
• Maintaining accurate customer records within our systems
• Assisting in the submission of DNO applications
• Coordinating accommodation and site surveys
• Collaborating with customers to schedule and confirm installations
• Communicating with subcontractors and equipment rental services
• Preparing handover and Operations & Maintenance documentation
• Conducting Risk Assessments
• Issuing certifications upon completion of projects
