Job Summary

The Coordinator, Ops Training & Brand Standards is responsible to support the function by managing the field training matrix and reporting within the learning experience platform, customer feedback and brand audit data. The role is responsible to help the function fulfil its strategy to strengthen the Ops Training journey, by creating a future-focused and effective learning system, which inspires and enables impactful experiences that shift learning mindsets and behaviours.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for supporting the creation, deployment, and communication of Ops Training Initiatives within PIZZAcademy & The Sauce. The role works closely with the training team and Ops teams to bring to life training and operation efficiency projects to enhance performance within the field. The role is responsible to harvest and report important metrics to help identify Ops opportunities and make better business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

Be responsible for the management of all content within our learning experience platform (PIZZAcademy). 

Maintain version control on training material throughout the international business. 

Support the instructional design team to create innovative and engaging training content. 

Support the creation of training material and communication aligned to the business strategy. 

Report on training performance across the international business and share with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. 

Support the coordinating the training of new Franchisee’s / New Markets joining the brand. 

Work with all within the Ops team to ensure best practice at all times, adapting training materials, tools and techniques as and when required. 

Ensure e-learning platform is in full effective use and content is aligned to each region in the correct language. 

Work with field operations on continuous improvement of the customer’s experience overall satisfaction through reporting on business metrics 

Collect operational key performance indicators data for the team to review on a regular basis. 

Provides support to operations on cross functional projects impacting field operations. This may include coordinating and creating testing, training and implementation of project deliverables. 

Assist both internal operations & cross functional teams in the development, delivery and roll out of new products, promotions, technology, operational programs and procedures while ensuring the Operational standards are adhered to.
