As a Purchasing Coordinator you will help support all areas of the Purchasing and Supply Chain Department and will be required to deliver a timely and accurate service to both internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Responsible for ensuring the business controls and maintains the supply of key consumable and non production items, including the management of all associated suppliers
- Provide administration support to the overall team
- Create and maintain Purchase order data
- Monitor delivery dates, making required updates in the system and communicating outputs through status reports
- Collating data, produce reports, data entry, maintain internal systems
- Assisting with updating contracts and tenders
- Control min / max stocks levels of key consumable and non production items, including the management of suppliers to ensure timely deliveries are secured
- Collation and management of status reports associated with new component sourcing
- Assist with training new members of the team and other staff on how to use the procurement system
- This not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
