About you:
To be part of our successful Housing Team you will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, be able to develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships, display a comprehensive understanding of “what matters” to our customers, clients, contractors, leaseholders and other stakeholders, and by making a positive contribution to the work of the whole Housing Team with a positive “Can Do” culture.
About the role:
The post holder will work within the Housing Landlord Services Team supporting the delivery of the Capital Investment and Development Programmes, ensuring our tenants receive a high standard of customer care. You will be the central point of contact for our tenants, providing clear and accurate communication regards the nature of the works that are happening and supporting tenants with after care as required.
About the team:
The Resident Involvement Team is a small group of 6 officers who ensure that our tenants are at the heart of everything we do, listening to them, taking their views into account and ensuring that the whole service understands their needs.
