The Role:

This is a diverse and expanding role involving hands-on management of both residential and commercial properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of property management, including client reporting, landlord/tenant liaison, appointment of contractors, rent collection, and service charge administration.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure a smooth and efficient property management process.
  • Coordinating and managing maintenance and repairs, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to clients and stakeholders, providing detailed information on property performance and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic salary from £30,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance and other excellent benefits.
  • Opportunity to develop the role further for career progression in the industry.
