Radis Community Care are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team based in Huntingdon, PE29 7DL.

About the role

As a Care Co-ordinator you will be required to schedule and allocate work to a team of Care Workers on a daily / weekly basis. You will be providing supervision and support to Care Workers and Field Supervisors. The role will involve liaising with Social Services and all other social and health care professionals involved in the care of service users. There will be also an opportunity to take part in the recruitment and selection of potential employees. The role will also involve performing duties of a Care Worker when required and participate in the out of hours on-call service. Covering visiting care services, pallative care & End of Life Care.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 year's experience in the social care sector Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Worker or Team Leader would be desired The successful candidate would also need to drive and have access to a vehicle
