Job summary
Cambridge University Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and proactive Trust Risk Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in safeguarding the quality and safety of care provided to our patients.
As a Trust Risk Manager, you will:
Further Develop and Implement our Risk Management Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain effective risk management framework that ensure safe and reliable patient care in all divisions. Collaborate with Clinical and Operational Teams: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while promoting a risk aware culture. Provide Training and Guidance: Empower staff with the knowledge and tools they need to manage risk effectively, fostering a proactive risk-aware culture. Transition the organisation from Datix web to Datix DCQI enterprise risk manager: Be instrumental in the design, development and implementation of the Trust's risk register from Datix web to Datix DCQI enterprise risk manager. Improve trust document management: Be accountable for the implementation and continuous development of the Trust's document management processes and the document management system. Leading others: Provide line management to the Trust Document and Patient Information Manager and lead the team through exiting changes in 2024 and beyond.

Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, please be advised that if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full time permanent contract unless you have:- applied for a Graduate visa- or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment- or the Trust has agreed that they will Sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
