About the Role:

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled Income Assistant to join their team. As an Income Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of clinical income, including inter-trust and devolved administrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise invoices for clinical income, including inter-trust and devolved administrations.
  • Raise credit notes and replacement invoices to resolve disputes.
  • Maintain the 'Maternity Lead Provider Database' and resolve anomalies in a timely manner.
  • Provide support with processing wider team monthly billing and locally priced supplementary data analysis.
  • Develop a process to ensure aged debts are managed and dealt with in a timely fashion.
  • Provide monthly positions and year-end forecasts.

  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics - Grade C or above.
