General Role Description:

To be responsible in conjunctionwith team and Director for account management of existingmembership accounts.

Responsible for ensuringcustomer satisfaction and ensuring membership renewal for CPDStandards Office PTE and Dual accreditation. Working within a teamtowards agreed set targets and goals.

To providea high level of membership support and ensuring all queries areresponded to in an efficient professional and timely manner in linewith the companys goals and following the processes andprocedures.

The company is small but growing andthe Postholder will be expected to work as a team and support oneanother. You may be asked to undertake other duties than thoselisted below to assist this.

Jobrole:

  • To be ultimatelyresponsible for ensuring 90% membership renewal to be achieved byregular contact assistance and ensuring total clientsatisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strongrelationships. Build member engagement through promotion of memberbenefits and events to the current memberbase.
  • Conducting face to face/ zoom membershipmeetings with clients on a regular basis as directed by internalprocesses and management directives
  • Businessdevelopment activities to expand current member accounts upsellingand increasing portfolios and offering client solutions for theirmembership.
  • Working with Marketing to ensurethat members receive the best possible value for theirmembership.
  • Respond to membership enquiries asrequired.
  • Responsible for annual renewalpayments.
  • Accurately recording allcommunications on internal CRM system implementing any updates frommember/interactions andmeetings

KnowledgeSkills&Experience

  • Goodstandard of education
  • Ability to ensure clientretention and ensure renewals
  • Previous salesand account management experience minimum 2 yearsexperience
  • High degree of accuracy andattention to detail
  • Ability to persuadeinfluence and negotiate effectively at all levels within andoutside the organisation and ability to work with a wide range ofclients
  • Experience and understanding of CPD CPDschemes and requirements (DESIRABLE)
  • Ability towork on own initiative to ensure all membership opportunities arecaptured and explored and solutions provided tomembers
  • Experience of presenting to clients andsenior management
  • Ability to work as a memberof a team and be adaptable within thecompany
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills and ability to prioritiseworkload
  • Good critical thinking andproblemsolving skills
  • A strong understanding ofcustomer and market dynamics andrequirements
  • Ability to present a professionalimage at all times in line with company dress codepolicy
  • Good IT skills including experience of:MS Office CRM systems
