As a pivotal force in driving our company's growth, the Account Executive role is designed for a dynamic individual committed to generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and sealing deals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This role is instrumental in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction, thereby bolstering the company's market position and financial success.

Salary - Up to £90,000 OTE 

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilise a myriad of strategies including networking, cold calling, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and research potential clients. Your initiative and creativity in lead generation will be key.

Sales Presentations and Meetings: Craft and deliver compelling presentations on our product offerings to potential clients. Organise and lead meetings to delve into clients' needs and articulate how our solutions align with them.

Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations on contract terms and strive to close sales that not only meet but exceed our sales targets. Your ability to navigate these discussions will directly influence our growth.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Utilise this insight to refine sales strategies, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and responsive to the market.

Sales Reporting: Compile and analyse reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses. Leverage sales data to identify improvement areas and benchmark performance against targets.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals.

Professional Development: Actively seek out educational opportunities, engage with professional publications, expand your personal network, and participate in relevant organisations to enhance your sales acumen and industry knowledge.

Skills and Experience

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Prior experience in B2B sales is highly regarded, particularly if it aligns with our company's focus.


Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven talent for persuasively articulating product value and understanding client needs.


Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating, with a knack for closing deals and securing profitable contracts.


Analytical Skills: Strong capability in analysing sales data and market trends to craft informed and effective sales strategies.


Adaptability: A flexible approach to adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and the capacity to rapidly assimilate information about new products.


Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating efficient sales processes and data-driven decision-making.
