We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our IMT (Industrial, Manufacturing, and Transport) Team, reporting directly to the Head of New Business Sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS sales and Occupational Health & Safety Compliance within the IMT domain, with a particular focus on expanding enterprise-level deals in the ME (Middle East) region, specifically within the Oil and Gas sector.

Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand the business portfolio.


- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute high-level sales initiatives aimed at winning significant new accounts.


- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to establish trust and build strong, lasting relationships.


- Sales Negotiation: Lead complex sales negotiations, crafting deals that are strategically aligned with business objectives.


- Pipeline Management: Manage a healthy pipeline of potential business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of new business.


- Market Positioning: Position the company effectively against competitors to secure new contracts and partnerships.

Skills and Experience

- Business Development and Lead Generation: Expertise in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, employing effective lead generation strategies.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive new business growth.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating high-value negotiations and partnerships.
- Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Skilled in structuring deals and negotiating terms that align with strategic business objectives and client needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Competence in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities and accurate sales forecasting.
- Market Analysis: Knowledge in positioning products/services strategically in the market and conducting competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Prospecting and Qualification: Ability to effectively prospect and qualify leads to ensure focus on high-potential business opportunities.
- Solution-Based Selling: Expertise in solution-based selling, tailoring solutions to meet the specific challenges and needs of potential clients.
- Proposal and Agreement Drafting: Ability to draught compelling proposals and sales agreements that reflect the value proposition and meet client expectations.
- Risk Assessment: Skills in assessing potential risks in the sales process and developing mitigation strategies to address these risks effectively.
- Presentation and Communication: Strong presentation skills, capable of communicating value propositions clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Sales Enablement Tools: Familiarity with the latest sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance sales efforts and achieve efficiency.
