Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring effective management of the home and delivery of high-quality care.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Manage the delivery of personalized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and develop the skills of care assistants, providing coaching and assessment to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.

Requirements
